3.用于食物行業(yè)，因?yàn)槠淠軌蛴行У胤乐沟外c綜合癥的發(fā)作，故能夠作為食物增加劑。葡萄糖酸鈉和葡萄糖酸鉀有優(yōu)良的呈味閾。葡萄糖酸鈉無(wú)刺激性，無(wú)苦澀味，鹽味質(zhì)挨近食鹽，閾值遠(yuǎn)高于其他有機(jī)酸鹽，是食鹽(無(wú)機(jī)鹽)的5倍、蘋(píng)果酸鈉的2.6倍、乳酸鈉的16.3倍。葡萄糖酸鈉和葡萄糖酸鉀在食物加工中用于調(diào)理pH，改進(jìn)食物呈味性，替代食鹽加工成健康的低鹽或無(wú)鹽(無(wú)氯化鈉)食物，對(duì)增進(jìn)人體健康、豐厚人們生活起很大效果。

4.污水處理調(diào)試期間投加工業(yè)葡萄糖等是為了供應(yīng)碳源，這是為了更好的培育細(xì)菌，提高污水的可生化性。若工作的系統(tǒng)中COD、BOD不足以供應(yīng)菌種生長(zhǎng)繁殖的話，就需要另外投加，以防污泥老化，生物活性下降。
